Terms of Use
Last updated: August 3, 2026
These terms govern use of the AdIntel Media website. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
Website information
Website content is provided for general information about AdIntel Media services. It is not a guarantee of advertising performance, leads, bookings, sales, revenue, profit, or return on advertising spend.
Audit requests and communications
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request and confirm that you are authorized to provide information about the business identified. An audit request permits AdIntel Media to contact you about that request, but it does not create a client relationship.
Services require a separate agreement
Any paid engagement requires a separate written proposal or service agreement defining scope, pricing, payment timing, responsibilities, measurement, cancellation terms, and any applicable attribution method. If these website terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Pricing and refunds
Public pricing summarizes standard service options and may not cover additional or custom work. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client. Setup fees and service payments are non-refundable once the related work begins, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a signed service agreement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or misleading material, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated systems to abuse the inquiry form.
Intellectual property
The AdIntel Media name, website copy, visual presentation, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred through website access.
Third-party services
The website may refer to or rely on third-party platforms. AdIntel Media does not control their availability, policies, billing, or performance and is not responsible for third-party services.
Limitation and changes
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided without warranties and AdIntel Media is not liable for losses arising solely from reliance on general website information. These terms may be updated as the site and services change. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future website use.
Questions
Questions about these terms may be submitted through the website audit form by writing “Terms question” in the additional context field.
